STASH

THAT

TRASH

The Project
Every minute our oceans are being filled with a trucks worth of rubbish. The ocean is expected to contain one tonne of plastic for every three tonnes of fish by 2025, and by 2050, more plastics than fish. Not only do we need to stop rubbish going into the ocean in the first place we need to work on cleaning out the ocean of its existing rubbish.

The stash that trash project aims to do this by encouraging the public to go to their local beaches collect the rubbish they find and challenge themselves to make something out of it.

Below are some examples of objects I have made using the rubbish I found on Brighton beach and the surrounding areas. Click on the images to see more... To help protect our oceans  Get involved in the project and post your own beach waste creations for other users to see and be inspired by.
